Dunnhumby, a retail consulting and analytics firm with home offices in London located its U.S. headquarters in the heart of downtown, 5th and Race, Cincinnati, Ohio. The mixed-use building is around a million square feet of retail, parking and tech workplace. The global leader in retail research started with 3 employees in this Midwestern city and now supports a highly trained workforce of 1,000. The building is a continuous and contiguous concrete structure, which allows office expansion into the parking levels above grade. The floor plates are 70,000 SF with main vertical cores placed at the edges of the slab. This feature supports an open, collaborative and flexible work environment. The main connecting stair connects all the floors of the company with natural light piecing though the deep center of the structure and dynamic community amenities.
