This client had been living in this large, historic farmhouse and had recently planted a fruit orchard. Most of the improvements and additions to the property have been investments in the exterior. To make the most of the spectacular and fertile landscape, we added a generous outdoor living room along with upgrades to the house. The grand porch includes a living and dining area, a large stone fireplace, and a service zone.
